There are many Daily Needs Calculators on the Internet, but I have noticed that their calculated results can vary by as much as 900 calories per person. The Sam Gurgis' BMR calculator calculates results that are very close to the average of all of the other Daily Needs Calculators that I have worked with online. Therefore I believe your BMR calculator would be one of my future customers' best choices to work with.
