I’m about to build a small web site that will allow people to purchase a Diet DVD that I’m producing. It may eventually be sold nationwide on television. I’m impressed with the Sam Gurgis’ BMR calculator and would like my customers to be able to download it easily. There are many Daily Needs Calculators on the Internet, but I have noticed that their calculated results can vary by as much as 900 calories per person. The Sam Gurgis’ BMR calculator calculates results that are very close to the average of all of the other Daily Needs Calculators that I have worked with online.
